When I was first starting or applying for a job online, I also get employed in the government agency in the Philippines thru a recruitment agency. These recruitment agencies are growing steadily not just in the Philippines but worldwide as well. A few reasons for employing a recruitment agency is due to shorter-duration to find the right or someone that fits the job; less costly to maintain ( savings for hiring Human Resource Personnel, Payroll Specialist, savings from giving benefits when the employees become regular employee of the Company, etc.)

I expect using the CAGR above at the end of five years or by 2022 cryptocurrency market cap will be at $38,225,757,923,103 or 270.97x current market cap (Sept 11, 2017).
However, cryptocurrency also faces a lot of challenges such as recent ban of ICO in China, the second largest economy in the world (hopefully just temporary) and some other regulatory restrictions. So we have to be keen in what we investing especially to riskiest investment such as cryptocurrency. I think that with technology working so fast, the government should also works faster than this technology. I believe Hirematch industry is not exempted however with increasing recruitment demand, Hire will be resilient and can achieve a sustainable growth ahead and could ride the increasing cryptocurrency demand worldwide.

There is a lot of crowdsale held but as investor, I only invest in cryptocurrency which will give long return of investment (ROI) and cryptocurrency, which I believe has good technology, undervalued and have good management team, advisors, partners.
